The design is Victorian style with intricate decorative features. The bell has a sharp and resonant sound. It has a Latin inscription (Ocem Meam Audi Qui Me Tangit) which loosely translates to "Let those who touch me hear my voice".  It measures 6.25" H x 4.5" wide.
